Ahmed bin Abdullah Skirj
Position: Professor of Higher Education at the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine, Rabat.
Academic Qualifications: Doctorate in Applied Biological Sciences.
Professional Background: State Engineer in Agriculture, specializing in horticulture, vegetable production, greenhouse farming, fertilization, fertigation, and plant mineral nutrition.
Education: Graduate of the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine (1978) and PhD holder from the University of Minnesota, St. Paul-Minneapolis, and the University of California, Davis, USA (1976-77).
Academic Supervision: Supervised over forty postgraduate research projects (State Engineer and Applied Engineer).
Publications: Authored nearly one hundred publications on drip irrigation, fertigation, horticulture, vegetable production, and greenhouse farming.
Books: Author of the series “Farmer’s Guide”, distributed to more than sixty thousand farmers across various regions of Morocco.

Training: Conducted dozens of continuous training courses for engineers and technicians from various regional agricultural directorates and development offices, including Doukkala, Gharb, Loukkos, Haouz, Moulouya, Tadla, Tafilalet, and others.
Spiritual Role: Serving as a Muqaddam (representative) of the Tijaniyya Sufi order since September 1981.
Tijaniyya Authorization: Authorized as a Tijaniyya representative (Muqaddam) by Haj Abd Al-Rahman Skirej, who himself was authorized by his elder brother, the scholar Sidi Ahmed Ben Al-Ayachi Skirej, through Sidi Ahmed Al-Abdelaoui, Sidi Ali Tamasini, and finally by the founder of the Tijaniyya order, Sheikh Sidi Ahmed Tijani (may Allah be pleased with him).

Authored and translated numerous books related to the Tijaniyya Sufi order, including:

- Al-Ifada Al-Ahmadiyya (500 pages)

Virtual Library Creation: Established a virtual library containing over 200 books on the Tijaniyya Sufi order (mostly in Arabic and French), available for free research and reading.
Co-Founder of a Website: In August 2005, co-founded the website www.cheikh-skiredj.com to revive and disseminate the Tijaniyya heritage.
Co-Founder of a Publishing House: Co-founded the Tijani Heritage Publishing House in September 2012, headquartered in Varennes-sur-Seine, France.
